How does the application process work?
We can imagine that you would like to know how the whole application process works at MOL Logistics. Below we have broken this down into 5 steps. So you know exactly where you stand!
Step 1: Apply
We publish our vacancies on our website. If you see an interesting position that matches your professional experience and skills, you can send us your CV and motivation by e-mail.
If you want more information about our company or the vacancy, you can call the human resources department. You can also visit this website for more information about our company.
Step 2: Check the applications
As soon as we receive your application, we will process it. We aim to respond within two weeks. If we are enthusiastic about your submitted application, we will invite you to an introductory meeting. Of course, it is also possible that you will be rejected based on the evaluation, in which case we will send you an email. Within the framework of the DSGVO, we will then destroy the letter of motivation, the CV and the email after the application process has been completed.

Step 3: Introductory talk
The introductory meeting usually takes place with the (future) direct manager and an HR specialist. During this exploratory interview we try to get a good impression of you as a person and your skills and see if you can become the new colleague at MOL Logistics. Of course, you will also have the opportunity to ask questions about the job offer and our company, I would like that! We believe that it is important to give a clear and honest picture of our organization and the vacancy so that you can also make the right choice.
Step 4: Follow-up interview
If the introductory meeting went well for both parties, we will ask you for a follow-up meeting. This meeting will take place with a (future) direct colleague and another HR specialist. We will explain the content of the position and your skills and motivation in more detail. An assessment or other test by a third party may be part of the process. Depending on the position, a further interview may take place.
Step 5: Contract proposal
If we are convinced of your qualities, we will make you an offer to work with us. The terms of employment will be detailed in this offer.
