Social developments and increasing international competition are leading to ever higher quality requirements. Quality is increasingly about "meeting the customer's expectations". For this reason, we believe it is important to manage risks for our company and our customers, to deploy our resources efficiently and to control organizational processes. All with the aim of achieving the highest possible customer satisfaction. The internationally recognized ISO 9001: 2015 standard fits this perfectly. MOL Logistics has this certificate and we are proud of it!
ISO 9001: 2015 certified
With this ISO 9001: 2015 certification, we monitor and control our own performance and that of our partners. For example, consider procedures for handling shipments, storing goods, cleaning and pest control. Some parts of other standards are included here. In addition, we feel that the education and training of our employees is very important. We pursue this so that all certifications are and remain valid.
As a member of various industry associations, we always keep abreast of new regulations and developments in the industry.
Our company has been AEO-certified since 2008. This certificate qualifies us as a safe and reliable partner in international goods traffic. Customs processes are faster and smoother, eliminating the need for physical and documentary checks. Our own customs specialists ensure the proper handling of every shipment.
With the "Certified Air Freight Agent" qualification, we minimize the risk of delays due to security checks on shipments.
Quality for our customers
We also place great emphasis on audits to ensure and further improve the quality of our customers. These audits are carried out by an external agency as well as by our internal quality staff. In addition, all departments take their turn on a rotation system.
