What can MOL Logistics do?

Can private individuals also become customers of MOL Logistics?
MOL Logistics focuses on offering its services to the business market. Therefore, it is not possible to become a customer of MOL Logistics as a private individual.
How long will it take for my shipment to reach its destination?
This depends on the type of shipment and the destination. Generally, a shipment by sea freight takes longer than a shipment by road or air freight. Our operational staff will be happy to inform you about this.
Does MOL Logistics have its own fleet?
MOL Logistics is a so-called 3PL / 4PL service provider. This means that we do not have our own fleet and use selected qualitative partners. This way we can choose the right forwarder for your shipment and our scale uses competitive prices.
Does MOL Logistics work only with its own offices?
As a global service provider, MOL Logistics has branches all over the world. We can therefore draw on international expertise for all your questions and shipments. In addition, we use prominent active agents.
How can I request a quote?

Yes, we are happy to help you with the various import and export documents you need to ship your goods.

Why is there a payment condition?
The amount due must be on our account within the agreed payment period. In this way, we can pay the relevant forwarders on time so that they can offer us favourable conditions. Of course, our customers also benefit from these conditions!
Where can I go with my complaint?
